I am Francis Ganya, a passionate software engineer dedicated to developing innovative, technology-driven solutions that empower communities. With expertise in building scalable systems and a strong interest in education, health, and agriculture, I strive to address real-world challenges through practical and impactful technology.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences. Currently, I am pursuing an MPhil in Information at the same institution, focusing my research on applying artificial intelligence in animal science. My work includes developing an AI algorithm for uniquely identifying cattle, a project that merges cutting-edge technology with practical applications.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to community initiatives, especially in education. I proudly serve as the vice-chairperson of the Board of Governors for Mtsogoza Secondary School in Dedza, where I contribute to improving educational opportunities for underserved communities.
